Late Arrival Policies

Grace Period

  • We offer a 10-minute grace period for all appointments
  • Arrivals within 10 minutes will be accommodated without penalty

Late Arrival Procedures

  • 10-15 minutes late: Service may be shortened to stay on schedule; full payment still required
  • 15-30 minutes late: Appointment may need to be rescheduled based on availability; cancellation fees may apply
  • 30+ minutes late: Appointment will be considered a no-show; full service charge applies

Impact on Services

  • Late arrivals may result in abbreviated services to maintain the schedule for other clients
  • Complex services (color, chemical treatments) cannot be rushed and may need to be rescheduled
  • The safety and quality of our services will never be compromised due to time constraints

Courtesy Policy

  • We will attempt to contact you if you’re more than 5 minutes late
  • If we cannot reach you within 15 minutes of your appointment time, your slot may be released
