Stylist Levels
ROOTZ offers Level 1–6 stylists, with Level 1 being our newest talent and Level 6 our most experienced.
Booking Review
All online bookings will be reviewed by your stylist to ensure the correct timing has been scheduled.
Deposits
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for all first-time colour clients. If you need to reschedule, the deposit can be transferred with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Missed or same-day cancellations may forfeit your deposit.

All colour service prices are a guideline only. We recommend booking a complimentary consultation for an accurate estimate.
