Cancellation Requirements

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled through one of the following methods:

  • Use the cancellation link in your booking confirmation email

  • Call the salon during business hours

  • Text cancellations are NOT accepted for liability purposes

Late Cancellation Fees

  • Cancellations made with less than required notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service cost
  • This fee must be paid before booking future appointments

No-Show Policy

  • Clients who fail to appear for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost
  • No-show fees must be paid before booking future appointments
  • After two no-shows, we reserve the right to require prepayment for future bookings

Exceptions

  • Emergency situations (medical, family) will be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Weather-related cancellations will be waived when local authorities issue travel advisories
