Grace Period
- We offer a 10-minute grace period for all appointments
- Arrivals within 10 minutes will be accommodated without penalty
Late Arrival Procedures
- 10-15 minutes late: Service may be shortened to stay on schedule; full payment still required
- 15-30 minutes late: Appointment may need to be rescheduled based on availability; cancellation fees may apply
- 30+ minutes late: Appointment will be considered a no-show; full service charge applies
Impact on Services
- Late arrivals may result in abbreviated services to maintain the schedule for other clients
- Complex services (color, chemical treatments) cannot be rushed and may need to be rescheduled
- The safety and quality of our services will never be compromised due to time constraints
Courtesy Policy
- We will attempt to contact you if you’re more than 5 minutes late
- If we cannot reach you within 15 minutes of your appointment time, your slot may be released
