- Text cancellations are NOT accepted for liability purposes
Late Cancellation Fees
- Cancellations made with less than required notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service cost
- This fee must be paid before booking future appointments
No-Show Policy
- Clients who fail to appear for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost
- No-show fees must be paid before booking future appointments
- After two no-shows, we reserve the right to require prepayment for future bookings
Exceptions
- Emergency situations (medical, family) will be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Weather-related cancellations will be waived when local authorities issue travel advisories
