We offer a range of extension options tailored to your hair goals. All extension services require a complimentary consultation to determine the best method, maintenance needs, and pricing.
Stylist Levels
ROOTZ offers Level 1–6 stylists, with Level 1 being our newest talent and Level 6 our most experienced.
Booking Review
All online bookings will be reviewed by your stylist to ensure the correct timing has been scheduled.
Deposits
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for all first-time colour clients. Deposits can be transferred to a new appointment when at least 48 hours notice is provided. Deposits are separate from cancellation or no-show fees.
Cancellations
We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.
No-Shows
Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

All colour service prices are a guideline only. We recommend booking a complimentary consultation for an accurate estimate.
