Scheduling Appointments
- Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person during business hours
- We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance for regular services and 6-8 weeks for color services
- Bridal and special event appointments should be booked 2-3 months in advance
- Same-day appointments are subject to availability
- All appointments require a valid phone number and email address
Booking Confirmations
- You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of booking
- We will send appointment reminders 48 hours and 24 hours before your scheduled service
- Please confirm your appointment when prompted to avoid cancellation
Appointment Changes
- Appointment changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Changes made with less than 24 hours notice may result in cancellation fees
- We will do our best to accommodate reasonable rescheduling requests
